They then called and quit saying they no longer wanted to travel out here even though they have other stops within 5 miles. All of the clients promised a discount are now furious and have put a bad mark on OUR business due to your pathetic lack of professionalism."

The entire staff also seemed very caring and friendly. The clinic is very clean."
