"Total waste of time. I clearly stated when I made appointment, I needed to do physical and renew my medical card for my CDL. Once I got in the exam room, I'm told they don't do medical card renewals? What!!!!! That is no use for me and my medical is due by the end of the month and it's the 23rd. I had a feeling when I walked in that there was gonna be problems."

"Where to start. They kept asking and asking if I wanted to be tested for Covid. To the point I asked them why, and told them it made me feel uncomfortable. Then they said it was because I didn’t have insurance coverage. So I called my insurance while I was in the back room. Insurance said they were probably just out of network, had to hand the phone to the front seat so they could tell them to just charge it anyway and that I am covered. I told them it hurt to breathe. So they checked my ear and listened to my lungs, had me go to the hospital to get an xray on my chest/lungs. Never even looked my throat. 3 days later don’t feel better. Looked at my throat and it’s extremely swollen. Tried to call and get another appointment, they asked me all these questions. Waited until the end to tell me I can’t get an appointment for a week."

"Went there only 1 other person in the waiting room. I was told there were 4 other patients in front of me and it would be about an hour before I could be seen, no problem. Over the next thirty minutes, 4 patients came out of the back area and 2 more people came in they were called back immediately, then 2 more people came in and they were called back immediately then the other person in the waiting room was called back. I went to the front counter to see what the problem was and was told they would get to be eventually. The PA was walking around on his phone in no hurry to wait on anyone. I told them to delete my records and I will never go to an Advent office again. I was told your deleted and no big deal. I recommend going somewhere else where customer service and professionalism are a priority because it certainly isn't there."

"Providers are very friendly and compassionate about patient care. Mr John had to refer my daughter out and was so kind enough to call the us the next day to see if she was taken care off. He assured me that him and his partner will be glad to treat my daughter injuries sustained in an auto accident and help as much as they could with anything she needs. Thank you so much for providing such compassionate health care."
