"Very rude office staff. it took me multiple calls to the office to get the new patient paperwork sent to me. Office told me multiple times they would call me right back to schedule an appointment after i faxed them my paperwork. Then once i finally got an appoinment scheduled after 2 weeks of trying the lady must have thought she put me on hold but didnt and said ''this lady is getting on my nerves.'' When all i was trying to do is get an appointment to see the doctor. I work in customer service too and would not treat someone like that. You will lose alot of patients with staff like this."
