"I went to Dr. Morgan after being referred by another Dr. in the ENT Associates Practice, who stated I had a deviation and nasal valve collapse. Dr. Morgan advised that I had no nasal valve collapse, but minimally reducing my turbinates' and correcting my mild deviated septum would correct my breathing (stuffy nose sensation). Immediately following the surgery and the splints being removed, I started experiencing a myriad of scary symptoms. I was advised that the surgery went well, healed well and there were no complications. Six months later, I found out that was not the case. He removed almost my entire turbinate, leaving me with a rare and devastating syndrome. My septum was not corrected and I have have an obstruction from what is believed to be a bone spur. I will have to undergo corrective surgery that will only be a band-aid to the permanent damage and complications that have altered my life. This review would have been different if he would have just been honest about the post-op issues, that left me suffering and bouncing to countless other specialties until I finally found out it was the operation after all. There's another review by another woman on the Tampa page for Dr. Jordan that I highly recommend checking out. Her surgery was 9/22, just a few months before mine. I am sharing this review in hopes of saving another patient the same permanent suffering."

"Amanda and Dr.Mallon are the best. I truly would recommend Dr.Mallon to ANYONE with ENT needs. Also, Amanda does such a wonderful job getting you in, working with you for insurance, and making you comfortable. I love this office!!!"

"I had septo/rhinoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Morgan intended to correct my breathing in Sept 2022. This surgery and the follow up injections disfigured my nose and made my breathing worse. Dr. Morgan was dismissive and condescending during follow up apts, as he tried to “joke” with me. I had a horrid smell inside my nose for months and a too large graft at the tip of my nose of my own ear cartilage. This created a huge bulge. Dr. Morgan gave me steroid shots without explaining post op, and that created a huge divet in the bridge of my nose. My breathing was even more obstructed than when I went into surgery. My airways were reduced because my bridge was lowered and my nose was filled with extra cartridge from the grafts. I needed another surgery to finally correct my breathing. It has become even more clear how subpar the care I received from Dr. Morgan, ENT and the Bardmor Center was. I do not recommend any of these places or Drs."

"My review is as an established patient of 6 years. I’m done with this office. Dr Greene and his medical staff are very nice and pleasant. The front office staff are absolutely horrid. Sadly the front office staff made it not worth my time to see the nice dr. This office will waste your time, smile to your face and talk behind your back. I see this dr yearly once a year. I can promise you that your wait time will be a minimum of 1 hour in the waiting room and 20 min once they bring your to an exam room. This is because they over schedule patients this is a every year I go situation. Possible solution would be to contact your patients and let them know the dr is running behind. It can’t be a one time thing if it’s consistently occurring over years. Today the front staff smiled and were very friendly while they were facing the patients and then were talking badly about the patients the min they were out of eyesight. The waiting room echos we can all hear you even when you’re whispering. Do yourself a favor and find some where else to go for your services I will no longer be treated as a number! I’ll gladly share my experience with this practice to anyone who asks moving forward! My time is just as important as yours, I don’t want to be talked about behind my back. Thank You Kindly, Josh J"
