"I had left several messages, and never heard back from staff. They also placed a wrong diagnosis on a CT scan, and when called a week prior to get it resolved they once again never called the diagnostic ctr. back. When the diagnostic ctr finally got a hold of my PCP office, rather than look up my chart, they asked the staff @ the diagnostic ctr what the diagnosis should be. I would not recommend this office!"

"Stay away from this medical office. They are unbelievable rude. Specially the office manager. They don’t care about their patients. They will tell you to stop talking. They won’t listen to anybody. They are basically trying to cause my grandma to get worst with her Dementia and her sickness. They won’t help her at all. Please think it twice before you go there. People need people who cares , no people that treat you like garbage. I don’t even think the doctor know how bad the whole staff is. I know there is a God. And he don’t like ugly. Specially when people like that try to get away with all the unprofessionalism that m and others have to endure. I just hope this can help other people to reconsider going there and find a good place where the staff is not rude and nasty. Somewhere where they can listen to you without giving you the wrong information and where patient care is a priority."

"Dr. Mattey and her staff are the greatest! They have done more for me in the past 7 months than my former Dr. and staff did for me in the past 5 years. Dr. Mattey is very good at what she does and takes time to explain it. Her staff goes above and beyond to do their jobs and to make you comfortable. Jody has gone above and beyond to get referrals and help solve issues with insurance. THANKS TO DR. MATTEY AND HER GREAT STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate them a 10 star but am allowed only 5."
