"WAS...A great place to go, BUT NOT ANYMORE. Dr. Fortuna barley spends to 2 minutes LITERALLY with you so that you can ask any questions about your health or anything else. HER CASE LOAD IS EXTREMELY TOO FULL. This last visit she walked in the room, gave me my test results and literally walked out before I could ask or say anything. ( I ended up in ER Next day bcuz this ) Didn't even explain to me what my results meant. It's very rushy in and out with no care given anymore. Now, it's long waits, when they do come in their out before you can blink, and the "care" is just sloppy now. Looking for a new doctor soon !"

"Im a current patient and went there with asthma, they told me i have to wait for my appointment, have to leave and go to urgent care"

"First off, I was told that I qualified for the sliding fee. when I asked the receptionist about how much my office visit payment was before my scheduled appointment, I was told I didn't have a co payment due. I then get a bill saying that I owed 333.00 for an office visit that was nothing more than taking vitals! If I was told that the basic office visit was 333.00, I would never have went through with it. There was no medicine prescribed, no labs taken, nothing to even warrant that amount of money! All the office visit was, taking my vitals and asking me questions and listening to my chest. I tried to call the financial office, but they hanged up the phone every time I tried calling. I never got to even speak with an agent! This is aside the fact that they left me waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time and they had to double check my file because they were calling me the wrong names. I can go to more professional and higher class doctor offices for less than what they are trying to charge me."

"Changes are definitely visible at the 1900 Brother Greene Way clinic. Beginning with the reception staff, Lindsay and Dalia who are most helpful, courteous and professional. They greet me with a smile on their faces, which makes me feel welcomed right from the start. At some point I had questions and concerns and the Site Manager, Ana Maria was attentive and pleasantly professional. She addressed my concerns quickly and has ensured my patient experience to be a healthy and positive one. Dr. Kenny has a warm and caring bedside manner. He's always professional and loving. I had the same caring and attentive experience when seeing Dr. San Tun. This is where I come to be healed. For this reason as a patient and most importantly as a human being, a positive and caring atmosphere is of the utmost importance to me. I've decided to do this review because I'm grateful to all the staff at this location for their eagerness to provide a healthy and positive environment where I can come to regain my health and I want them to know their hard work does not go unnoticed.
