"The staff play God; they have a ridiculous message when you attempt to leave a VM: "do not call again or you will lose your place in the queue for being called back." I had a mole that was itchy and turned black..it was an urgent matter. I wasn't playing games but oh Lord are they. Or they are just really stupid and disorganized. When I didn't hear back in over a week I called again of course. I never heard back, at all. They stopped me from registering because - I guess - I left x3 messages over 3 weeks (?), asking for someone to please reach out so I may register. Not very nice behavior and completely useless, frankly. They're playing God."

She is patient and so kind!Trish will call to remind you of your upcoming appointment and she has helped me navigate my health care. I can't thank them enough. The nurses are top notch as well.
