"Honestly the WORST business ever! I bought a Groupon deal for laser hair removal and was very disappointed with their customer service. Scheduling was a nightmare, and there have been multiple issues in the past few months. There have been times that I showed up for an appointment, and the lady to do the laser hair removal wasn't even there so I had to reschedule! I left multiple messages asking to speak to a manager about my concerns, and a manager NEVER called me back. They no longer do hair removal- because "people burned" (which I never once was burned) and then other employees said because "their machines broke." So who knows why they stopped- most likely because they sold too many Groupons and couldn't accommodate so many people. I had 9/12 sessions remaining, and they only gave me 50% of my money back for the inconvenience. What a nightmare!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR GROUPONS."

"I first discovered Adora Body Scultping Clinic through Groupon, although I had planned for the hair removal their new machines were, in their opinion, not up to par for their clientel and were in the process of discontinuing that service but offered me proceedure of my choice which( I thought it was really nice of them to offer a more expensive proceedure of my choice instead of my just returning my money). Today was my 2nd visit for the cavitatioon at the Palm Harbor location and I love it! She was very knowledgable about the proceedure and after care and answered all of my questions. The facility is beautiful, clean and soothing. I would recommend Adora Palm Harbor to anyone! I can't wait to try another one of their many proceedures they have to offer!"
