"I went in to see Dr Parent and was disappointed when the receptionist told they didn't take my insurance. I scheduled this appointment for October back in July. I spoke to my insurance and to Dr Parent's office prior to scheduling and confirm that my insurance was in network. When I tried to explain this to the receptionist she just shook her head at me. She also did not acknowledge me when I first arrived. She wouldn't even look at me when I said hello. She has a lot to learn. It's a shame to have such nice caring doctors and a cold front office staff."

"I tried to make an appointment about 6 months ago. No response to my online request nor the new patient message center. None! And I tried yet again this past month. Nothing! No email, no messages=nothing! I am a retired dental practice manager of over 20+ years and have NEVER encountered such poor service and would never tolerate the lack of follow up from my team members! I'm sure that if I could make an appointment, it would be several months out. What's so sad is that nothing will happen. Yes, I've left a message for everyone including the practice manager. I won't receive a call because they're so successful and make hundreds of appointments a day (so I'm told). No accountability nor an apology of any kind! Yeah, thanks but no thanks. No call back required here! I've already made another appointment elsewhere with professionalism, equally as successful! If I could give no stars I would."

"Don't want to leave a bad review because haven't been seen here yet..desperately trying to get an appt. and no one calls back or responds to the online requests that they have on their website. So, I called back today and explained to the lady on the phone what happened and she transferred me again to the voicemail, even though I told her I couldn't get a response. I know these doctors are probably highly in demand and I appreciate that, but can someone please return calls and/or respond to online appointment requests????"
