Paula, in the front office helps me with billing and stress reduction when I call and need something. Emails are responded to promptly, even when it’s not an emergency. Everyone is on point in this office and wants the best for their patients. I’ve never needed something and not had it done in a timely (actually really fast) manner. Dr. Weinstock is available to me and that makes me feel safe, especially when life gets rocky. For those of you that know, you know this level of care is unheard of in psychiatry. "Will give you a terrible ketamine trip and not tell you prior that that is even a possibility , will alter the lights in the middle of treatment and play obnoxious safari music because he’s never taken a psychedelic drug himself and doesn’t understand the sensitivity of the treatment , does not take accountability for any mistakes , and his nurses are unable to find veins without stabbing you in 3 different places . Would give zero stars if possible."
