"After waiting an hour and a half to check-in, my daughter was told to go to the ER. She was told that they do not perform ultrasounds, which she needed for her arm. This could have been avoided with 1 quick question as she came into the office. On the website, it plainly lists many imaging services, including ultrasound. This can be found ironically, in the section titled, "more than an urgent care." When I called, desperate to try to help my daughter from out of town, the office employee told me that the website is wrong and that they have heard this before. When I asked why they don't immediately ask patients about their needs upon arrival, she began to tell me how impossible this would be given how busy they had been today. Please avoid this urgent care if you want to be treated with care and respect!"

Went in for an issue and not only was Dr. Navarro familiar with an uncommon condition, he went above expectations in ensuring there were no secondary complications. He discussed treatment plan options thoroughly and spent time answering my questions. In the end, we decided on a treatment plan, in which I’m confident. Jen’s disposition and affability made the appointment comfortable, and she was obviously knowledgeable on a broad range of medical topics. Great patient communication. Wait times were better than anticipated, from checking-in to seeing a provider. Thank you for helping me in a tough situation."
