"Every time I make an appointment to see a doctor, I always have to wait for a long time, about 45min .Hope they can improve this"

"Doctors, nurses are amazing Front desk people they are another story calling them to make appointment is impossible. For some reason they are very rude , so opposite of the doctors."

"Update: Not sure what happened after Dr. Zuniga left, but front desk service is TERRIBLE now. Call several times a day for several days trying to make an appointment. Either no one picks up the phone, or they don't return voice mail messages. Guess I'll have to start going to Sarasota where Dr. Zuniga moved to. The new Dr. here called, left a vm for us to call back since my child tested positive for COVID, we called and were not able to reach her. No vm responses, nothing. I don't even try to go here anymore. I'll pay out the wazoo for Urgent Care instead. 3 years ago: Absolutely love Dr. Zuniga Very matter of fact, takes time to answer any and all questions, and is gentle with my daughter."

"Ever since Dr.Zuniga left the clinic changed , used to be my favorite. Before everything would go as scheduled and organized now I wait 45+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Last time they sent me back to the room got my daughters vitals taken then we were left in there for an hour waiting for the doctor to come in."

"Attention is bad from the front desk. A disorder ! I arrive 30 minutes before the appointment and even so they make me wait more than 45 minutes after the scheduled time for the appointment. Doctors are very good, it is for the only reason why I endure so much bad attention. The last 3 times it's been the same. For pediatricians 5 stars"
