"I love the doctor there. Good doctors are so hard to find. The office staff however, while they are nice , I have to get my own referrals. I have an HMO so I need referrals for all my specialists. The last 6 months and a surgery included, I had to call my insurance myself and submit info to get approval. I always get reports and records at every doc so I’m blessed I had info they needed. I literally submitted my own MRI images and report. Everything so far has been approved but I shouldn’t have to do this stuff. I’ve been waiting for 6 months for pt approval and right now my arm is useless. Insurance staff please get it together."
