"Neurologist; Dr Norris is just flat out brilliant. He’s very unusual in that he’s an out of the box thinker. He can figure out something as small as my leg being 1/4” shorter and connected it with the pain my knee, back, hip. The foot Dr said an orthotic lift wouldn’t help but Dr Norris was right! It cured everything. This was a small thing but no one else “got it” & it was a huge thing for me. He and his wife, Nancy, have an old fashioned set up at the office and give you plenty of time to be heard & they’re both compassionate.. I wish more offices were small like this."

"Their website has the nerve to state... "WELCOME ALL"... so not true! I've never had a doctor's office refuse to schedule an appointment! I wanted to see the doctor regarding sleep apnea and orher things he treats, but because there was a prior stroke involved... they refuse to schedule an appointment.... All stroke patients need a good neurologist not one that discriminates."

"Wow....what a waste of a day. Near the end of June I called to make an appointment. They were on vacation until July 5. I got a call back for an appointment August 11 at 11:45. I never heard from them again. I had to take a day off from work for the appointment. I get there and they never let me in the front door. The woman came out and said that they called me several times and never heard back. It turns out they had a wrong number they were calling. They refused to see me plus on their door it said you had to be vaccinated and wear a cloth face covering in order to go inside but yet they had a dog running around in the office."
