MD Now Urgent Care - Westchase

"Jamie, the P.A., and the ladies at the sign in desk were wonderful. Update: Lowering my review from 5 to 2 stars because of my most recent experience. Went in to get tested for covid. Had an ekg and blood work. Told by Dr. Sin Lee that, because my heart beat was 51 bpm, I might have had a heart attack, and was at risk of having a heart attack on the way home. Said he should call an ambulance to take me to an ER to get tested for a heart attack. I did not trust what he was saying, especially after I told him I would sign a release to drive myself home, he repeated the possible previous and possible heart attack viewpoint 3 more times before I left. Did go to an ER the next day because I was so scared about what he said. After 5 hours at the ER, the results: A) No trace of a previous heart attack. B) At the ER, the doctor and 3 nurses, unbeknownst to each other, all said that 51 bpm is in the normal range for me. I would not want myself or anyone else to go through what I experienced meeting with Dr. Lee. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is the wonderful service I received on my first visit."

"This was by far the best walk in clinic I have been to. Courtney was amazing with my kids. Everyone was so friendly and service was quick. Dalva put my boys at ease and Neisha got us in super fast. Could not recommend them enough!"

"Fabulous urgent care! I am so happy that they opened MD Now in Westchase. So far I have gone 3 times for myself and my hubby. We have had consistent great customer service and excellent care. Today I saw Dr Lee and he was great. He was caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The medical assistant and front desk person were great as well. Definitely my go to place for all my urgent care needs."

Greeted by Diamond the receptionist, the paraprofessional and the nurse assistant, we felt comfortable and cared well. The card explicated all the occurrences warranting our appropriateness for patent care at this urgent care. Melanie the second person seeing me out stated that chest or abdominal pain would enjoin us to go to the hospital ER."

"Great!!! The staff was friendly and very welcoming! There was no waiting! The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly! The nurse was kind and caring and was very easy to explain what was going on! She did have a great personality as well! The provider was amazing and very knowledgeable and totally helpful with my situation! If you are looking for an urgent care, this is a great place to visit!! I would rate it 10 stars!!!!!!!"
