"The staff members were extremely very rude and disrespectful and were saying that the person is the teacher to my daughter and was not in charge to help others. Then my daughter said "I am calling the police for children abuse then we got permanently banned from going to Arc of the bay for having my daughter threatened to call the cops. They were super unprofessional. I will not be coming back to the place ever again"
