"What a huge disappointment this office is. Been going 20 + years and no one bothered to inform that my primary care physician was gone. When Joe Ganey retired, he had the decency to inform me who was taking his place and introduced me to Anna Griggs making me feel like my medical history mattered and was important. Got a diagnosis in 2023 from Anna and we were working on a treatment plan and she just left. She couldn’t have the respect to let me know she was just leaving. Never did the office call me to advise me and introduce me to other physicians or who might be best for my diagnosis. This office has lost it care, concern AND respect for their patients. I think the Ganey’s would be disappointed to know their legacy is no different than any other!!!"

"Dear Dr. Aloka, So I have been a patient of AMA Medical for at least 7 years going back to Dr. Ganey. I have seen allot of changes. My present P.A. is Kaylee Moses who I regard as being as good, even better than many doctors I have seen i the past. She is a gem. This Message is not about my care. It is about the staff Dr. Aloka has at the front desk in the Bradenton Office. I think Brandy and Kathy are terrific. They both work very hard answering phones and taking care of incoming patients. HOWEVER, there is a guy there at the check out desk by the name of "Christian" who is the laziest kid I have ever seen. Today, I was in the office seeing Shelly (another wonderful Nurse who I dearly love) and After my visit I went to the check out desk and this guy Christian was actually SLEEPING at his desk. My comment to him was " Hello, now you can wake up"!!!!!!! He did, and as I walked out to speak with Cathy I noticed the phone ringing and ringing and he had to be told to answer the phone as the girls at the front desk were both BUSY. This should not be tolerated. This guy should be fired. This is also not the first time I have seen this guy texting on his phone and paying no attention to any patients. As an R.N. myself I find this behavior intollerable. I am hoping you, Dr. Aloka or the supervisor of the Bradenton office will finally rid this office of this lazy guy. "Wife and I were in need of a family Dr here in Bradenton Fl. Many of our friends recommended Dr . Nina Lundburg said she was very nice. My experience was totally opposite. She must of had a bad hair day. She was rude and arrogant. When I tried to explain something to her she would interrupt did not want to listen. When we could not answer a question she would belittle us for it. Her sarcastic remark about snowbirds is very unacceptable. I came in for help not be RUN DOWN. Needless to say she is no longer my Dr. and I will not be back She needs to get some training on people skills. David L Hefner"

"For 3 years I have been coming here. Anna is amazing, so is Mary, they are the only reason I gave 3 stars. Others give attitude and sometimes act like you are bothering them. Been waiting on a referral for 2 months. Usually it is done in days but now I get every excuse of why it isn't done yet and that is only when I can get someone to return call."

"5 stars for Dr. Nina Lundberg (see my review at Bradenton Internal Medicine). The only critique I can share is that this office does not offer bloodwork/specimen testing on site. It can be quite inconvenient to plan around 2 separate doctor appointments (1 for bloodwork and 1 to see the physician) but Dr. Lundberg is great."
