"This office has done nothing but go downhill. It only took them six months to get paperwork over to another doctor so i could see a nuerosurgeon about my neck. I have a disability hearing coming up and I mailed them the paperwork which they got and never bothered to tell me that I had to make an appointment to get it filled out until i called myself. I left a message for three days and never got a call back. I finally got ahold of someone. Then she tells me I have to make an appointment and that there would be a charge but never told me how much. So I came prepared with some money. I did try to call back to ask how much the charge was but no one answered the phone again. I got to the office and she said that the charge was 200 dollars. She never told me this amount and if someone is trying to get disability then how could they afford 200 dollars just to fill out a piece of paper. That's ridiculous. The paper would not take any longer than fifteen minutes to fill out but they want to charge you an outrageous amount to do it. This is not the only problems I have had with this office."
