"One of my absolute favorite Doctors in Arkansas..I have a personal relationship with the Dr. and all the staff that work there...I totally love everything about the service and the Dr. is very transparent...I would most definitely refer anyone with foot or feet problems, to Washburn foot and ankle...Got my feet making all kinds of strides..I'm grateful for everyone..."

"I went to go see Doctor Washburn to get a second opinion. When I got there he said he was glad I came to see him because what the previous doctor was suggesting (surgery on sesamoid bone) He said " I wouldn't say that it's unethical but you the patient would be worse off". He instead put me in a boot and told me to get an MRI. I waited for them to schedule me for an MRI. Weeks had gone by. When I called up to the office to see what was happening with the MRI the lady said that they where short staffed. I called again the following Monday and by the end of that conversation, the nurse said "Doctor Washburn doesn't want to see you as a patient anymore and suggest you go back to your previous doctor". You mean the doctor he said he wouldn't call unethical BUT...... Definitely save your time, energy, hopes and finances for a different doctor because you will probably be disappointed. NO I would NOT suggest Doctor Washburn to anyone, unless you wanna just sit there and talk about shoes or something."

"First off, idk how this clinic has almost 5 stars... Washburn is no help whatsoever, in fact, he's a HUGE waste of time and space. I have been dealing with pain in my feet for a year now. Was referred to Washburn who ran tests for me and was also sent to others for testing, had a suggested diagnosis but was told that wasn't it and basically I am on my own with this pain. He disregarded anything that was brought to his attention, didn't care to help me any further. Washburn basically told me to go **** myself, nothing he could do for me, apparently this foot pain especially for this long is normal.... and nothing can be done. If you want answers, if you want help, I would suggest you go somewhere else. Edited: the only agenda I have is to be able to walk without pain. This passive aggressive response just goes to prove my point. Just seeking help for pain, going elsewhere. Best"

"This is a very personable doctor who keeps it real. Very relatable and explains diagnosis and procedures in a very easy to understand way. Dr. Washburn’s vibes are very stressless and puts the patient and family at ease. The WFA staff is great as well. Very patient and thorough. They, too, are courteous and explain patient responsibilities, procedure expectations, and finances very well. I very much appreciated that they were very prompt when completing my FMLA forms! Also, the remodeling in the office looks nice."
