"This is a very nasty, rude place...The office staff is incompetent and patronizing. They make you set an appt to drop off paperwork and then if you're good and do that, THEY WILL set another appt to see the doctor. You can't make this stuff up."

"OPTUM and the office manager "NANCY" are a complete disaster. They are not disclosing medical treatments and you are getting charged for it without knowing. I've been fighting with them since December of 2022 and no luck. I Went for my yearly physical and the doctor asked me "are you presenting any symptoms or anything going on with you?" And I said yes and because of that without knowing they are charging me for a regular doctor visit, plus my copay and lab work when this was supposed to be charged under my yearly physical. They never disclose anything or any charges because of that. I went today to fix this ongoing situation and she was rude did not want to provide me her managers email or contact info. She mentioned her legal department know about my situation and when i asked for their number she refused again to give to me. I got mad and told her I demand this information and she called the cops on me. They are using "TRICK QUESTIONS" to charge insurance companies and patient more. BE CAREFUL. This same situation is happening to my wife here and manager nancy is not doing anything to solve this issue."

"I can’t say enough about this group esp. Kathryn Lake. She is alway attentive to your needs and hose out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and that you are taking care of yourself.They have gone above and beyond for me and make sure I follow through with my up to date medical needs. They call to make sure you are ok if your not feeling well where most doctors offices look at you as just another number in their book. The nurses are nothing but polite and professional as well as the girls in the front part of the office. If you are looking for a great family doctor I do recommend this office. I’m so glad I found them."
