"Their phone menu is just terrible. Oftentimes it doesn't matter what button you press. It will just lead you to a AI that will tell you that the voicemail box is full and it will just hang up on you. This is happened so many times including just now. They also have a history of not responding to their emails. I hope that it's gotten better with a new portal system that they have, but it is been so bad that there was one time that this combo of things along with poor scheduling made it so I went weeks without my testosterone. I would honestly write this place 3.5 stars because they do have very kind and competent staff but they're administrative systems (which is a huge part of making appointments and getting the information you need) are quite lacking in their upkeep. I hope that they fix this because they do a lot of good and I have had some very pleasant interactions there."
"I came into my appointment and checked in with Natalia and Marc who were great as they always are, but what I loved about my visit today was the new set up in the reception room. Dim lighting and candles with calm music playing as opposed to bright lights that make you feel like you’re in a hospital and put you on edge. This new vibe is more relaxing, especially if you’re coming in worried about your appointment"
