"To those 'Entitled' Karens / Kevins, The staff at this location is nothing but Considerate, & Professional. There's a reason so many urgent cares are popping out everywhere. Use your common sense, if you have any & visit one until you can go in person to see your primary. If you can't wait for an appointment, then schedule a telehealth visit. You do know what they are don't you? Acting like a spoiled baby is not a way to advertise your immaturity. That's all I see when I read your useless reviews. NOW, for my own review. Did I have to wait to make appointments? YES. Did I have an argument with an employee at one time? YES. Did I get frustrated because my physician could not see me on demand? Take a guess! who wouldn't? I did what any sensible person would do. Guess what that is. I do want to add that because of Dr. Michaels, the undetected 100% blockage of the right artery of my heart was promptly addressed. Somthing many other Primaries in the last 30+ years missed. I will always be greateful to the staff at this particular clinic. I am confident to state that myself and my family are in very good hands. Please keep up the great work you do."

"I needed a new PCP after new insurance. Got in about 2 weeks out. Efficient web portal. Attentive front desk staff. Clean office. Great location in west manatee ave. Dr kristoff Michaels is a pleasant young man who asks questions and listens. All my meds were refilled as I needed. Blood work done in same office. Sent in a referral to a specialist and was completed same business day. Good place. Glad I found them. Sent my wife there too."
