"They kept sending me bills even though I've checked multiple times and was told I don't owe anything. Tried to call them and no one answers and no one left a voice mail. Horrible customer service"

"Dr. Frank has always been more than caring and compassionate to all of this patients'. As a medical assistant/ caregiver, I've frequented his offices' ( to get patients to their appointments ) for over 20 years and have grown to see the level of care, empathy, & efficiency in which he and his assistant, Erica, provide to their patients. I too have been a patient of Dr. Frank, in the more recent years and have always felt more than comfortable discussing any type of issue or situation with him. I know he's only in office 2 days a week now & will eventually retire I'm sure.. so having to wait a bit longer to see him is just what it is and I've found you will run into that at all physician office's. Office staff, I feel, makes sure you are comfy while waiting; they have cold beverages etc."

"SCAM?!!! I made an appointment here for my husband that took like 20 min, the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing the entire time but in the end I schedule the appointment, I even recieved email confirmations of the appointments the day before and when my husband got there the office was closed at 12:30pm and was about to be open by some lady that told my husband that the doctor was not coming in. This is so unprofessional. If I could give 0 starts I would, the entire staff including this doctor should be ashamed of how bad they do things here, so unprofessional."

"No joke - they use an Indian answering service as their phone line. He is only open two days a week and it's impossible to get critical medications quickly. He is not responsive and is not quick to reply."

"Impossible to get through to anybody on the phone after visit. Called in wrong medication 2 days after visit on Wednesday (yes it took 2 days) so no meds till Friday and when you have Covid 2 days feels like forever. Called them 15 times finally got through after being told 3 times they have no record of seeing me, so I let them know it was wrong and was told I have to waite till Monday because he isn’t there. Worst experience ever."
