"Dr Schlauder is a very caring and compassionate physician. He helped my control a very serious skin condition. I’ve been seeing him for almost 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Doctor and thanks to the wonderful staff there."
"Service by technicians is good, very professional. However, don't feel the same about billing dept. No corrections for an incorrect statement even after giving them payment evidence months ago."
"I don't even want to leave 1 star my feedback is 0 I was there with 2 family members one of which has a lump on the back of her head when the tech saw it she made this face as if she was scared very unprofessional people, very unorganized i'm paying for a service that the lump came back within 1 week they are a bunch of people that are very unpleasant, grouchy and fresh I would never go back there if you paid me I am letting everyone I know of my experience with them...then I brought m brother in law who had some scrapings for weeks he was ill and we couldn't get him there after he was well we recieved the results and the doctor looked at me and said OH did you get a call about his results ,,,well low and behold it was a skin cancer dianoses so he has this condition and you don't call to help us ? the doctor looked at us mad because he refused treatment of chemo and radiation , this cancer she said is not life threatening but she scared him so bad we walked out of there as quickly as we could ..please stay away from this place we are now going to a better dermatologist that is professional , nice and kind I hated leaving this review but I just had to I was quiet long enough...again terrible experience ,very unorganized and a bunch of bullies"
"The ARNP knows what she is doing but no one Else does! How if you are someones dr do you refuse or you staff refuse to allow 5 min with there doctor to ask a question this is ridiculous! I am not rich where I can pay 75$ everytime I need a 5 min conversion! Incredible! Reporting to higher up within my insurance you guys on behavior towards your pt's deplorable! And this is not on the care the provider give but other actions through the clinic!"
"I have had several visits, my husband has had two and my son has been seen once. We've been seen by a nurse practitioner, Dr. Sanhu and Dr. Schlauder on these various occasions. Everyone we interacted with, including office staff, was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help. My experience with Dr. Sandhu and Kathy (sp?) have been very good. My son's experience with Kathy was also very good. And my husband's experience with Dr. Sandhu and Dr. Schlauder were very good. HOWEVER, after my husband's first appointment, he received a card for a follow up appointment. Later he found he couldn't make the appointment and called to cancel/reschedule and was told he had NO upcoming appointments. Well, we had a card for one! Also, my husband was seen this past Friday for what we believe to be an allergic reaction to the pulp of a Ficus tree. This is the second reaction and needed to been ASAP. They were very accommodating and got him in before the weekend which we needed because he was hurting and the itch was almost unbearable. He was told two prescriptions (one topical and one oral) would be called into our pharmacy. We arrived on Saturday morning to the pharmacy to find nothing had been sent! Now what?? The office was closed and no medications. We did the best we could to get him through the weekend but we lost valuable time that these medications, especially the oral medication could have been working to ease his issue. When I called today, I was told they SHOULD be able to get the prescription to the pharmacy by end of day. WHAT? I could WALK to their office (8 miles away) and get the written prescription and hand carry it to our pharmacy faster!!! Not to mention, he said the SHOULD be able to do it. Wow. So thrilled that three days after being seen you can tell me you SHOULD be able to get the prescription to the pharmacy. THAT lack of caring, all by itself, cost stars on this review. I like my doctors but the support staff in charge of sending the prescriptions at the end of the day failed leaving my husband and I scrambling to get him relief and when I called to talk about it, it was the support staff that showed a lack of urgency to get the prescriptions there immediately today. What a stupid reason to lose patients....your support staff doesn't ensure needed prescriptions make it to the patient's pharmacy and a support staff that cares not at all to jump through hoops to correct that error later!"
