"Dr. Anthony is GREAT! But the staff are very rude. I honestly dread calling to make an appointment. They do not make you feel welcomed AT ALL. I've been going to this office for a couple of years now and this is very consistent. The only reason I continue to go is because I like Dr. Anthony. I am begging you all to please do training or hire a front staff that is friendlier. Going to the doctor can already be an uncomfortable experience for some people."

"I moved to the area in search of a new PCP. It took two months to get an intake appointment they would not use as my physical. The front office people are very unfriendly. I also don’t trust the doctors have what’s best for my health in mind, just to refer out and make as much money as possible. I talked about a couple things to just talk about but was referred out to 3 different specialist. Then the worst was a blood panel test. I’m in my 20’s and healthy overall and asked if he can reach out only if something is wrong. He said no follow up with a virtual appointment even though the results are on MyChart with an explanation of healthy levels. Again schedule a virtual appointment just to make money. I’m seeking care elsewhere."

"Had one of the worst experiences since moving to Florida. Booked a first appt over the phone for Bayfront family health office. apparently there’s multiple locations and the one my insurance gave me was incorrect and the office managers never gave me a correct one…. Never through confirmation or when setting up the appt. Mind you it’s raining today and you have to run outside and cross streets to get anywhere so I basically spent 20 minutes getting uncomfortably soaked all the way through all my clothes and my shoes and socks to the bone only to be told I wasn’t even in the right part of town when I finally arrived to the family medicine office. Again no directions given for which particular building the family medicine building is even in at the entire hospital so good luck finding the place even on your best day. Takes forever to get through the teleprompter to get any help. I literally cried in the office I felt so defeated. So thanks for that wonderful Friday! I literally took off a half day of work for this. :/"
