"This was the worst service ever. The lady in charge of billing couldn’t even get a simple MRI coded right. I have great insurance and had to pay out of pocket because they messed up. I was told there was nothing they could do even though they sent over the wrong stuff. On top of that the lady in billing became combative with me on the phone. She asked me what could we do to make this right? I said cover the difference in n cost between my co pay and out of pocket pay since you messed up. She laughed and said we wouldn’t do that ever. Of course not all you care about is money. The MRI technician was the only friendly face in that place. A shame cause I will make sure I tell everyone I know how unprofessional and how they couldn’t even code a simple MRI right. What would have happened if that was the surgery they messed up? What a joke…"

"CLOSED NO NOTICE Dr Lisa flattery the neurology department of this PMA is closed I went there just to see if they were there because I've been trying to call the number and all I hear is to reach out to another neurology department I need to get a hold of Dr Lisa flattery I'm having so severe issues and I don't want to start with another doctor how do I get my information my records??? I can't believe that you guys are just pull out or not let anybody know! I'm good and checking my mail daily and if there is no mail on it! No I do not check my portal because I have too many portals and they got all confused so I just gave up on them! I just saw her 4 months ago let's do to see her in 2 months if the pills didn't work but they're not working that well! I need help help"

"So far, so good with this office. I've been seen twice so far and have had good experiences both times. First was the initial evaluation and the second was for the MRI, done in house. Scheduling is pretty easy and fast."

"Of course no one loves being hurt but if you are and need excellent care, I would highly recommend. I see Dr Nematbakhsh. He is smart, kind, professional and knows his stuff. I usually get there early and have never had a wait so whoever does scheduling does a very good job. PMA also has in house physical therapy which is wonderful for someone like me who has a hard time going to any doctor. It's nice that when you get past the scared feeling and have trust in your doctor, you don't have to be sent all over to continue with the help you need, so this is awesome to me to have so much help under one roof with doctors you have come to trust. I did have one hiccup which was more my nervousness and a misunderstanding but Dr Nematbakhsh got past that and continued to help me. Even that shows his professionalism and integrity in helping people get better. I have nothing but great things to say about the level of care and really great staff as well. Madison is a stand out as well. She's so friendly and nice. Dr Leah is also just wonderful and smart as can be so if she comes in to do your appointment, you can expect awesome care and kindness as well. I don't get it but they read your x-rays like a page out of Clifford the Red Dog and don't miss a thing. Definitely would highly recommend."
