I myself am a mental health provider and this was my first time being on the other side as a patient in crisis. it took a while to find them but I am so glad I did- all my sessions have been prompt via telehealth, communication has been superb and the care has been thorough and compassionate. I was disillusioned from the symptoms, stress and lonnnng tedious road to assessment and diagnosis before I could even explore medication management. After my formal diagnosis I found Silver Lining Psychiatry and Dr. Parvez was able to meet with me via telehealth within DAYS and provide me the best care I have ever experienced (especially in crisis) and recommended a treatment that exceeded my expectations. She and her staff continue to show me incredible compassion and personalized care (I mean I ask ALOT of questions about future concerns, like family planning on this Rx, prevalence of certain side effects, pros and cons of adjusting dose, etc). I just cannot praise them enough, even their self-pay rates are super reasonable, which is very encouraging for long term management. This is THE BEST PSYCHIATRIC PRACTICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They are not pushing medications, rushing appts, or one-size-fits all. they are truly LISTENING and trying to find the best fit for your total well-being. PLEASE don't second guess it- if you need help go to them. they set a new standard and will do everything in their power to help you in a personal and timely manner."
