"Beware. It is impossible to get an overpayment back. I paid $2312 on 9/26/22 at surgery because my current insurance did not have my maximum out of pocket up to date. Surgcenter was paid in full on 12/27/23. I have been trying since Jan 2023 to get my refund, which they continue to say, yes we owe you, but... First, I was told we are in black out and it wiil be three weeks. The latest I was told I would be in a batch on 4/17 and check mailed 4/18. Didn't happen. Now I'm being told it will be 2nd week in May. The only person I can get through to and who calls me back is the receptionist Debbie."

"BEWARE, every bill I have received from this office I was OVERCHARGED!! They sent me to collections for the wrong amount. Finally they updated the amount, but didn’t want to remove the collection. Called & left voice mails 4 times, never answered or called back. I had to go in person, and still didn’t want to remove the collection even though I was going to pay the correct amount on site. CHECK YOUR BILLS!!!"

"If you have to have surgery, this is an excellent place to go. Every person was friendly and caring. They only use anesthesiologists, not nurse anesthetists. Would definitely use this for any future surgeries."
