"Amazing doctors but the staff absolutely sucks and doesn’t even like picking up the phone. Tried to call many times and even leaving my phone number through website and never get a call back where I just need to set up my bi yearly eye exam. This place has gone downhill staff wise the past 4 years I’ve been going here. Doctors are great but the staff sucks"
"I was seen there yesterday. Spent two hours in the waiting room with my two year old. The whole visit was around 4 hours! Which is unacceptable. My toddler was melting down and I couldn’t blame her. All the staff were nice and friendly but I’m not willing to go back and have that kind of a wait. I’m 9 months pregnant (so uncomfortable) and out of contacts or I wouldn’t have stayed yesterday. I will be finding another provider. It was my second experience in this office and unfortunately the first experience was similar with an extremely long wait. I won’t be going back."

They see a ton of patients daily that sometimes causes the wait longer than you like, but overall, I am satisfied with my eye care."

The treatments are given with great efficiency and attention to detail making it a painless procedure. Dr. Pyne and his staff, especially Toni, are outstanding. The personnel at the Eye Center are professional, very friendly and caring of their patients. I am confident of their expertise with my eye care and recommend them wholeheartedly to others."
