"My doctor was great. However, there was a male doctor in the room next door who I felt was unprofessional, loud, and basically talking to me from the room next door. I had to wait for 10 minutes listening to the appointment next door. Sometimes the employees are moodier than me. I expect to be in and out. If I were ever stopped in the hallway about this matter I would launch a formal complaint. I thought you should know that a hospital should be run like an office. For that a 1 star. Otherwise, however, my attentive doctor was great, kind and understanding."

"I LOVE Orlando Health Associates and especially the after hours care. I’ve had several appointments at this location but today when I was just too sick to go, they offered a video conference call! The professionals are so thorough and helpful and I am on my way to getting well. I just can’t say enough about the fantastic care I have received here. So, a huge THANK YOU to this wonderful team! Update: Had a minor procedure at Summerport Surgery today. What an AMAZING team. Of course, I was a bit nervous, but this entire team put me at complete ease and for that I am so grateful. I want to take this opportunity to appreciate everyone who treated me with kindness and respect. From the primary doctor and gynecologist offices to the imaging center - You are appreciated! Kudos to Lys, Elydia and Stephanie, Imaging Center, for going beyond your duties and making sure I was taken care of. You made the difference that day and I'm so grateful for you all. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. This is the place to go in Orlando area. Professional (and welcoming) Staff. Clean environment. Great location. The only downside so far is that whenever you call the facility, the time waiting in line could can be longer than expected (desired)."
