"I am pleased with the care provided by Dr. Hayslett but very disappointed in the fact that the staff openly shared my private and confidential social security number calling it “standard procedure” with out-sourced providers without permission! Apparently disclosing personal, and private, information is an everyday practice.. I have provided the doctor written notice that this is not permitted in the future without my written consent, and noted that HIPPA specifically protects Social security numbers. I like Dr Hayslett and will see how it goes now that I have restricted their information sharing.."

"I just moved over to this area and chose them as my primary carrier. I went for the first time today to have my blood test before I go to my first appointment next week. Everyone was amazing. The girl at the reception was super nice and then when I went back to have my blood taken it was so easy and fast. I have terrible veins and every time I go to get blood work done I get poked and prodded and they have to use all different kind of measures to get the blood. But at this place, I went right in and the girl got it first time it was so easy beautiful and painless. I don’t meet my doctor until next week but if it’s just a smidgen as nice as what I experience today I will be thoroughly pleased."

"The only thing that keeps me there is the doctor. Every time I go there since COVID-19, I have to tell at least one staff member to put their mask on! I’ve been there about five times and their is always someone not complying with CDC guidelines. Pathetic!"

I go see my doctor and let me say I appreciate how time is taken with me , questions answered, and concerns addressed. Even when I checked out to schedule my next appointment I'm treated respectful. Everyone is very professional."
