"I just brought in my youngest son to be seen and also had my toddler with me. When I was filling out paperwork my eldest needed to use the restroom and they brought him right back and helped him so I could continue and be with my youngest. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and understanding. Not only did they spend time with my youngest, they also looked at my eldest and gave me suggestions for his care as well. "The reviews are true. I took my child here against my gut feeling and reading the reviews as it was our only option other than the hospital. We received the same treatment explained in these reviews by other families. The nurse acted as if she was disgusted by my child and didn’t want to touch him. She did not listen to my concerns when I was telling her what was going on. Tested my chil for strep throat and said it was negative, didn’t check him for the flu because “there’s nothing you can do about that anyways” and now today we’re back at the doctors and what do you know, my child has strep throat. Unbelievable these people. This place should be audited, and checked out for the way they treat people and if their “doctors” are actually certified with up to date training. I’m disgusted by this place, the way they treat people, and their lack of human care. Do not take your child here, you are better off going to the hospital to get REAL CARE FROM REAL DOCTORS. Urgent Care I suggest you take these claims seriously, there are enough people here with the same experience to bring these concerns to a higher up. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS."
