"Nothing new compared to what everyone else is saying. The clinic I visited doesn’t even have a working phone; you get a robot greeter and the call hangs up on your after less than ten seconds. I had to call another location to even speak to someone about medication following a routine visit. They said they would fill it with no problem, but evidently nothing was done, because my pharmacy has no record of it. I can’t even call back to ask them to actually place the order, because now the second location hangs up the call after thirty seconds of hold music. One call didn’t even have hold music; the office employee simply rejected the call after I pressed 1 for “returning patient.” I guess they were sick of me trying. I trusted this clinic after a move and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money. The actual physician was kind and professional, so I really don’t understand why so many people have had issues with the office staff. I can only assume that the doctor doesn’t control who is hired. I would go back to her if not for the fact that no one takes care of the phones or client orders."
"FIRST OFF- they DO NOT answer the phone. Oh my gosh. You will be routed straight to on hold music then the call with drop. The excuse is they are “very busy” which is a lie. How can no one ever answer the phone ? I’ve called this office so much it’s annoying. I’ve been going for a while but have became frustrated due to them over charging me all the time. EVERYtime I ask them will this be covered? Or I inform Them I don’t want any tests done that will be extra.. boom months later I get A bill from a lab company. Not answering the phone is SO frustrating especially when you’re trying to quickly set an appointment. Then the fact they have tried to rob from me more than 3x is just why I am Officially done with this office. Horrible horrible."
"A return just after SIX MONTHS! This is a tourist trap! I chooses this clinic because the Dr Wendy Quirino speaks Portuguese and it could facilitate to read previous exams. After waiting for her to greed every single person on the hallway, kissing and hugging, I briefly saw her. Went to the front desk, they told me returns, just in six months! So this is a ethical problem, because by that time you could just died! So I did not schedule nothing. After six months, I start to receive text messages from a company saying I won money. At first I thought it was another scheme out there and just ignored. So the messages were everyday until I decide to call it back. They told me I owned the $237 for the visit, even after paying the copay. I call them, they told me they have being sending letters to a place without my apt number on it!!! So I told them to send to the correct address. Nothing happened. Finally they send it by email, with the apt number missing again! I called my insurance a Anthem n it was in vain! I paid the $237 and now I reviewed a letter that I have a Notice of Data Breach! This company it’s after money , the staff, are rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. They could called me, but choose to send it to a collection agency. Stay way if do not want you SSN to end up on a scam business!"
"Would have gave 5 stars for the Dr. She’s a good gynecologist and is always there to listen the minus 2 stars is for her OFFICE STAFF. The fact that I’m reading reviews and see I’m not the only one who gets put on hold and nobody every comes back to the phone. As I type I was just on hold for 25 min to the pint i hung ups bd called back. Now I am on hold again. She needs BETTER help or MORE help. Like I said though the DR is GREAT 5/5 stars she is nice.then I needed to set the appointment the office staff answered sets the appointment no goodbye no asking if I need a confirmation email nothing just hangs up. VERY rude just like the reviews say. Honestly if it wasn’t for the dr I would switch offices cause no mam"
"Came in last week, waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and paid my co-pay just for them to tell me that I’ll have to come in a week later when the ultrasound person would be there. Wasted my time and money, but I just let that go. Now today, there was an accident on the road during my drive to the office so I tried calling to let them know I’d be late. I called the office eight times with no answer. First, I tried the number they provided in their confirmation text six times, then I tried the number they had on google twice. The google number had me press a number to route my call, then hung up after about a minute of hold music. I get there about 20 minutes late just for them to tell me that it was past the 15min grace period and that the Dr wouldn’t be able to see me since she was with her last patient. I asked if they could make an exception since I did try to communicate with them about the situation. Had they answered their phone one of the eight times I called and told me I wouldn’t be able to see the Dr, I would have just turned around. (I also confirmed with them in the office that I had the right number) And, if the Dr had a patient scheduled after me, wouldn’t she have planned to be with a patient during that time anyway? To me, it sounds like they just wanted to go home. I’d understand if I had walked in late without at least trying to reach out, but I showed them proof on my phone that I had tried calling their office. And, I’d even understand if they had a bunch of people to still see that day, but the Dr was with her last patient. If I’m there, the Dr is there, and the Dr technically had that time blocked on her calendar for a patient, then what is the reason for turning me away? I’d suggest they learn to be more respectful of their patients time and medical needs, and also have a working phone. This isn’t a hair salon, this is a doctors office. For some, waiting a week for an ultrasound could mean not finding a serious medical issue until it’s too late. It was all very unprofessional and did not make me feel as if they actually care about their patients. I’m not upset with the receptionist, though, she was put in a position where she had to enforce the Dr.’s decision."
