"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions without judgement and very thoroughly. The building itself was very clean and professional looking but also comfortable. It was quick, and pretty much painless, although I suppose that's an individual experience. Although there was one protestor it didn't really bother me and they made sure I was aware of all the risks and at any time I felt I could have backed out if I so choose. Just an all around helpful place during such a stressful time."

"I went to get an IUD inserted. Once they began the process, the physician didn't say anything to me and would not explain the insertion procedure. He put the cervical clamp on and I told him it hurt and that I did not want the the IUD inserted. He ignored me after saying it about 4 times and inserted it. I have never had a physician treat me this way. It was unethical and makes for a good lawsuit. Do NOT go to any of their branches."
