"They never call you back. To hard to speak to someone working there. Appts are impossible to get unless booking out greater than 6 months. Not a smooth flowing process at this location for several physicians there."

"I’m a current patient and I’m leaving for a new primary care doctor. The customer service in this location is horrible. I had blood work done a month ago and never heard from them. I called a week and a half later and left a VM with no return call. Tried again and nothing. I called baycare customer service to be able to have someone to talk to me. Now it’s been two weeks since they prescribed me something. My insurance won’t cover it and CVS has sent over two requests via fax for them to prescribe something else and they haven’t heard from them. If you’re looking for a primary care doctor who’s staff is responsive and has good communication I would go somewhere else."

"The office closes at 5pm. I called at 4pm and the person answered "Please hold". I was on hold for 10 minutes then the call was dropped. I tried calling again then I get an answering service. POOR PATIENT SERVICE! My medical provider is excellent, but the people running the office is another story. This is not good for this office especially when more medical offices and hospitals are in the area and patients have a choice."

"I have been a patient here for over 5 years and it has only gone downhill. The doctors are constantly out of the office on vacation or leave, the receptionists (with the exception of Denise) have the worst attitudes and customer etiquette. My entire family has had issues with this office and cannot get a hold of ANYONE. You call 200 times and their classic response is “our phone system was down” or “we’ve never talked to you” or “we can’t help you so go to urgent care.” I will be seeking care from another provider because this office is accepting WAY too many patients making the ones that have been established and loyal feel like garbage. Whoever manages this place and the staff is TERRIBLE with a Capital T."
