"My husband has been weakened by Covid and kept falling he was in the hospital and now in this nice rehab facility to get him stronger again!!"
"Very friendly staff. Good food. Building clean, rooms are large."
"My husband has only been a resident for less than 24 hours but the facility seems to be a good fit. Nice staff and convenient location."
"I have been to other rehab facilities and of all the ones I’ve been too, this one is by far the best! It makes a big difference when it’s not just gloom and doom when the nurses come into the room and someone is going through something traumatic as rehab for a stroke"
"We have been told by people in the health care profession that this is one of the best rehab facilities in St Pete. The rating is difficult because the rooms are clean and nice (4*) and the staff are all kind and thoughtful. They didn't take certain insurances, so be aware (as we went private pay so we could use it). The 3* rating is because they are busy enough that diaper changes would have to wait over 30 minutes, and the PT would say they were coming and would never arrive. We also would call day after day to check on our relative and get no call back or limited to no meaningful information. When the relative didn't want to stand up, they just left her there and didn't manually move her (though she was given a specialty mattress that was geared towards her bedridden state). She entered with a small pressure wound that ended up requiring hospitalization after being there a month. The wound care nurse at Springs was great, but the other staff were not as attentive as they could have been. It is possible that the increased size of the wound (vs healing) was due to the patient's stubbornness, but I have been told by the hospital's wound specialists that with more attentive care, this was avoidable. I have friends who had good experiences there, but they were mobile. Our experience with an immobile, stubborn relative wasn't the best."
