"Don't do it I strongly recommend you not to go to this facility you know it's sad the way things have gone with medical and how people are dying because they're going and buying drugs in the street to compensate for their Mental Health well today is a perfect example I contact them starting in the morning can't get anyone on the phone then finally I talked to a nurse and the nurse says yes I will be here till 5:00 I said great I really need my prescription I am completely out she said no problem come take your vitals and we'll get you cleared everything will be good I stated I'm on my way I go and drive almost an hour to get there and it's 15 minutes till 5:00 the front desk then says let me go get her coming to find out all the nurses are gone and I just wasted my time then the doctor Escobar instead of having some kind of bedside manner or concern for his clients well-being he then tells the staff to come out and tell me to go drive almost an hour across the county to go get my vitals and then he'll go ahead and fill it in the next day or two when I left his office in December he said I'll see you in a couple months I said great I call for my prescription pick up there is no refill this is why people die in the street it is a sad sad day whatever happened to doctors going a little bit maybe out of their way concerned about their patient and when it comes to mental health in this day and age and how bad things are you should never play with ones medication Dr Escobar shame on you sir and then side note you go you pay months later they didn't say oh no that wasn't paid asking for $140 $150 for a visit and I paid cash and then they tell me oh that was never paid then how would I ever get to the doctor if I didn't pay you wouldn't buzz me in would you we said no we would not do you have your receipt I said absolutely not well we're going to need you to pay that Crooks and cons they're the ones wearing the white coats"

"Roldan Escobar is the best and the ladies at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. The pharmacy technicians are also very kind and helpful. Everything is at one building close to the house so I would recommend Southwest Health Center to everybody."

"Whoever the black receptionist is answering the phone is extremely rude I asked her if they took walk-ins at that location at seven and 1 o’clock in the afternoon she straight up gave me an attitude and I told her I was calling for a friend she asked for what location I said location I called by Winn-Dixie in Oneco and she said well they can come in but we’re full today it’s not guaranteed they will ever be seen… it wasn’t for today. she wouldn’t even listen to what I said.. no thank you I will contact another location. need to train your employees properly!"
