"I had a very positive experience during my first time visit. Dr. Welsh was very thorough with my exam, explained the problem I was having with my wrist and offered treatment options. I found it very helpful that they had a whiteboard in the exam room listing all the staff members (including their roles) that I would be interacting with during my visit. Although their physical therapy dept.isn't in my insurance network they did provide a listing of other therapy providers in the area. Very positive experience from beginning to end."

"I was greeted and checked in by a friendly receptionist and was seen within minutes. Prior to seeing Dr. Welsh, I had X-rays taken of my hand. The tech was both friendly and informative. Dr. Welsh explained what he saw in the X-rays of my hand and explained my options. He did not push me into a decision, but rather let me decipher the information and teach my own conclusion.
