"Worst plave I've ever been to. They don't answer the phones the place is dirty and the so called doctors keep you waiting. They also don't answer the partners 5 when they call for refills. Rude and inefficient... Find a different provider"

"My visit with Dr Simpson was amazing. She was thoughtful, thorough and really listened to me. The entire staff was friendly to me and helpful. The front desk woman kept apologizing for making me stand at the desk to wait for some papers I needed. The entire area was clean and everyone was professional. Even the MA was sweet and apologized for her broken English, yet was still very helpful."

"I absolutely adore my pcp Dr. Simpson she’s amazing! It’s the company I have an issue with! They NEVER answer the phone to schedule appointments, for referrals or anything else for that matter! And when you go in office the front desk isn’t very welcoming and seem annoyed! And when you do finally get an appointment you better pray they don’t cancel it like they did me 3 times already with no explanation!! The office was way better before “cano” took over! Now everything sucks!!!"

"Doctor Simpson is very good but the system they use Canon Health sucks. You shouldn't have to wait to speak to someone for 30 minutes to a hour. I had to wait for 3 months for a referral to a specialist. You get told lies after lies. They need to go back to answering the phone at the office not Miami."

"Wow. Looks like I'm not the only one with a negative review to leave here. I visited Cano Health at the end of June, and it was by far the biggest waste of time I've ever experienced. No one speaks English well here, and it shows. I met with Dr. Janice Ramos and she was the most incompetent doctor I've ever met. She had a bad sour attitude, didn't seem too interested in helping me or even finding out what I had come in for. The appointment was rushed, and it was like I was hurried out the door. I didn't feel too comfortable in opening up and asking her any questions since it didn't seem like she even cared. I didn't like her attitude or demeanor; and wouldn't recommend her to anyone. The office was a bit frumpy and dumpy and located in a rundown shopping center. It's a real shame, that this doctor doesn't seem to care about patients. In my honest and humble opinion, she's in the wrong career field."
