"I have been coming to this office for five years. I’ve stayed although they’ve gone through 3 different rheumatologists in that time without ever notifying me about the change until the day of my appointments. The doctors were all wonderful and very knowledgeable, luckily. Last year, I lost feeling in my leg and arm and Doctor Lei was a life saver. However, after that experience, I had to apply for a patient assistance program for my injections. It took almost a year of going back and forth with this office and J&J to get the application completed. Some issues were not their fault, but mostly the issue was that they’re careless, never answer phones and when they do return calls it takes days to get anything done. I had to leave messages for the nurse to be able to have someone manage the application. (She was nice enough to get samples for me so I had the meds I needed in the mean time) The nurse was the only one calling J&J to respond to the several messages they left with no answer. Then they had issues working their fax, writing a proper prescription etc. I was finally able to get the application done and I filled it twice over a three month period. I have never had a doctor only send over 2 refills on my meds. It’s a condition I have my entire life. Nothings changing. I’ll always have to be on some type of auto immune meds. Needless to say, they never answer the phone and the specialty pharmacy could not reach them. I called and left messages to find out about sending a new script and I got a return call from two of the administrators, one being the office supervisor. Both were extremely rude and one of them hung up the phone when I gave her attitude back to her. All of this because they wanted me to make an appointment and come in. I had not come in while they were going back and forth my application for the year prior. Why would I? To get the free samples? They don’t come out of anyone’s pocket. THEY’RE FREE SAMPLES! I was an established patient and obviously wasn’t going to another office if this one was was working on the application. Needless to say I was extremely disgusted with this office. I still went there to speak to the office supervisor and clear up the misunderstandings. She would not come out. She relayed a message through the medical assistant stating that I could see the doctor and ask him for a sample of my medicine until I get an appointment with my doctor. Still missing the point. I don’t need a sample. I asked for a copy of my file and I will not be going back there. These two administrators are ignorant, rude, have no communication skills, are cowards and have no idea how to de-escalate situations or properly relay information. Learn how to speak to your patients. Learn how to send a fax and fill out applications. Learn how to retain office staff and doctors. That is your responsibility HONEY. It’s obvious from the previous reviews, that a lot of us have trouble with you and your unprofessional mannerisms. You two had no idea what you were even talking about. Had you said nicely that I needed an appointment or hey, called before hand like every other office, or set the appointment when you sent the correct information a year later, there would not have been an issue. Sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and I do not tolerate being disrespected by you in your wannabe sideways, southern ways. Here’s one on you’re level that you’ll understand, bless your heart HONEY. I noticed you have time to reply back to some of the reviews. Know that I will not be reading your reply, so you’ll be talking to yourself. If you do reply (because you are that petty and unprofessional) and think you can call me a liar or say that any of this is not true, the people that do still choose to come to your office will definitely see in time."

"I'm new to the practice but what I can say is that Dr. Luckey is one of the good ones. She's easy to talk to, explains things well and I felt at ease knowing that I have her as a specialist. Also - I saw some reviews about scheduling. I didn't have an issue with scheduling, checking in or any part of the process. The staff is all super sweet."

"They are awful, could care less how they treat people over the phone. They called to my work place as I asked them to hold as we are a busy office and i was preoccupied with another task that i couldnt stop, as i was with a patient. I was screamed at and she hung the phone up on me if she only waiting a few moments she wouldve been helped but yet she was too conceded and selfish to understand that. The conversation was about medical records in which could have waited a few moments as I was finishing with patient. I even called the office manager, Beth and she acted like she didnt even care, which is really concerning because if shows how the apple falls from the tree... Customer service is AWFUL. I wouldnt recommend any to ever go there and this is coming from someone who works at a Dr.s office themselves... poor quality."

"If you don't want to have your phone calls returned, and if you like changing doctors annually, then get assigned a physician’s assistance, i.e. NO DOCTOR because your doctors continually leave this practice, then this is your place. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, NEVER RETURN CALLS and doctors leave this practice frequently. I have gone through at least 3-4 doctors in the past 3 years and recently over the past year have tried to schedule my annual physical with over 10-15 phone calls and multiple phone messages without having one returned phone call. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!"

"In my opinion Dr. Mamut is an excellent physician. She always takes enough time to address all of my concerns and makes sure that I understand any treatments to be administered. She shows sincere concern and I have always been satisfied with the attention and time that she has given me."
