"Called to make an appointment. They take my insurance which I pay quite bit of money for every month but have chosen to stop taking new patients with that insurance however they are taking patients with Medicare. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. It is discrimination by insurance. Either you accept the insurance or you don't. You don't just "stop taking anymore patients with that insurance" but keep collecting money from the ones you have. The insurance company will definitely be hearing about this."

Doctor make referral and the staff do not process them. So they do not care about patient health. In addition to Dr. Muniz, I communicated my concern to Mrs. Franceska, MaxHealth Patient Advocate in Tampa and she does not care either. I do not recommend any of MaxHealth facility to any patient that look for health care."
