"My dissatisfaction for this facility stems from the lack of customer service/support for basic necessities like directions. For anyone who has been to the advent health in celebration it is evident to note that there's many buildings and parking garages and can be difficult to navigate for first time guests. After driving aimlessly looking for building 200 I decided to call the office for further instructions. The front desk receptionist Judy answered the line I let her know I had an appointment and needed assistance looking for the building. Her reply was "first of all what's your name" which I could understand that maybe I should've started off with my name so I brushed the rude tone off and proceeded to give her my information. After that she said the buildings are very self explanatory and made it seem as though it was an easy facility to navigate. Her tone was very condescending, rude, and unhelpful. I cannot speak on the actual service by the OBGYN as I told her to cancel the appointment and just abruptly hung up just by that one interaction as no one should be spoken to in that way. Customer service and basic assistance is so important to me and I really would rather give my business to a facility that can offer a great experience overall. For anyone who cares about basic customer service and support I do not recommend attending Advent health OBGYN services."

"AdventHealth Medical Group OB GYN at Celebration suite 202, Deserves NO STARS…. I’m so done with this place. I’ve been getting the run around from this office just to get an appointment here and I am currently pregnant. I did THEIR job in obtaining all of my records giving them everything that they need in order to be seen here. It’s been almost a month and I’ve called & gone in person to try and get an appointment. The only thing they told me was I needed to wait or they “sent a message” to whoever needs to schedule me. I was Really looking forward to becoming a patient here but At this point I’m extremely frustrated, and disappointed. This is negligence on their medical practice and NOT the way one should be treated ESPECIALLY while being pregnant!"

"Shame this place has gone down hill. Been a patient since I moved here in 2013. Had 3 great doctors but the doctors keep leaving. Wonder why. Not for the first time, they called to cancel my appointment I had booked nearly 2 months prior and couldn’t even reschedule me. Said to try and call at the end of the month as (again) they have two new doctors coming on board. Called to check to see if their schedules where ready and was told that there wasn’t any new doctors coming, like which is it?? Told me they could book me end of September, I’m already 2 months past due on my appointment. Oh and the scheduling person was like your a new patient right? No I’ve been coming to your office for ten years! Dr Mary leaving was a sign it’s time to find a new office."

"I called in February to schedule an appointment as a new patient with Dr. González. I live in Ocoee but was willing to drive 30 + minutes to go to this office as he was highly recommended. Today, two days prior to my appointment, I get a text message informing me that my appointment was going to be with another doctor. I called the office to let them know that my appointment was supposed to be with Dr. González and not with this other doctor and that two months ago when the appointment was made I specifically requested this doctor and because of that waited TWO months. The lady who took my phone call said that I was scheduled with another doctor because I was a new patient and Dr. González did not have any availability for new patients until June, additional two months for me to wait. I asked her why I was not informed about this until two days before my appointment. She said that they had left a voice mail. No! They did not! I checked all my VM’s and none of them were from this office. I cancelled my appointment because I am not going to drive 30+ minutes to establish at a practice that is clearly disorganized, has poor communication with clients, and on top of that lied about communicating with me."

"I have been a patient here since 2018. Dr Valverde who is no longer there delivered my first son and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This second pregnancy I returned to find that there are new providers there. Being the fact the I have returned for a repeat cesarean I was able to choose who I would like to perform my surgery. I initially was going to go with Dr Roman (who is very nice and has great bedside manner) but then the receptionist informed me to meet their newest provider. I scheduled my follow-up up with Dr. Jean Vel and instantly felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Vel was very kind and so professional that even my husband was happy with him. Dr Vel performed my repeat cesarean and I have not had any complications and am healing quite nicely. I highly recommend him to everyone!"
