"It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of the staff when you need anything! There are some of them whom are rude and entitled, at least they act like that towards a lot of patients. The front staff just sit there and gossip while the patients are trying to sign/check in. They are horrible with the FMLA paperwork process and they are terrible with their referrals. The female doctors have been super helpful and compassionate, which is one of the few reasons I stay there."

"My copayment was 3 dollar and if don’t have cash on you they charged 10 dollar fee to use your the credit card????????? If they don’t want to pay credit card processing fee at least charge the actual porcentaje based on 3 dollars. IS NOT $10. And of course they don’t tell you this when they confirm your appointment."

"I went to this office mid-late 2022 when pregnant with my daughter. One day, after my appointment, I asked the front desk women if I could use the WI-FI since my phone wasn’t getting good signal and I needed to order an Uber home on my phone. One of the women told me no immediately and nothing further or any explanation as to why I couldn’t use it. When I was walking out the door, I even heard the other woman ask her why she told me that. I was forced to walk IN THE RAIN, while I was half way through my pregnancy to get a WI-FI signal from a store that was in the plaza across the street. After this, I switched to a better doctors office immediately. It’s crazy that I can pay all of this money out of pocket and have my insurance paying them as well, and they won’t even allow me to use the Wi-Fi. My whole experience there was very cold and unwelcoming, mainly from the front desk women. I only gave it 2 stars and not 1 because Stephanie Haubrock was nice."

"I literally could not say enough great things! Started going here in November for my pregnancy. I mostly saw Dr. Wright. But I also saw Dr. Stephanie as well during the middle of my pregnancy. Both are absolutely fantastic. Both so nice and so sweet. Luckily enough when my daughter was born in June, Dr. Wright was on call that week so she was there for my baby's delivery! Couldn't have asked for that to work out any better for sure. She was always very informative, quick to answer any questions or concerns I had during any of my appointments. Always felt comfortable. The ladies at the front desk have always been so nice and sweet. Even remembered my boyfriend was away for annual training with the national guard, and asked if he was able to make it back in time for our daughters birth. Which I thought was so great. My first appointment back after having my baby, all the women were so awesome and so supportive. Really giving me that extra confidence boost that I think most women need right after having a baby since our bodies go through so many changes. From start to end the experience was fantastic. Definitely going to continue coming back here for my annual appointments."

"If you go, and the doctor women see you, you gone to lover her so much!!! She is excelente person. Super professional. So sweet. The best doctor you can find. She speak English and Spanish . The attention there was good too!!! I love go to there, I don’t change my doctor for nothing."
