"WORST customer service ever! The front desk receptionist is rude and never smiles! The building is run down and feels so dirty! They never help you get approval if needed from insurance (which is fine I can get my own approval) but when they know you aren't approved for your visit they don't tell you ahead of time ....instead reschedule after waiting months to get in! Very unprofessional place."

"Have been going here many years and appreciate that Mr Boyd spends the time to care for my needs. I have had to wait and KNOW the reason is that everyone here wants what is best for all their patients. If something is good it is worth the wait. And this Doctor is worth anything. He is the Best I have ever had in my 65 years of life."

"They do not respect your time!! I’ve come in twice for my scheduled appointment, only to be told I have to reschedule because they’re short staffed or the person had to leave early. They don’t bother to call to tell you. A total disregard to my time, gas money and job."

"Even though the nurse in there is wonderful, the place in general is worthless. Their hours are not conducive to working people especially their closing early on Fridays. Their "Doctors" change so much with completely different outlooks on medicine that it's hard to keep any one method of treatment going. I've tried too many times to want to like them since I can basically walk there, but it's clear they really don't care about helping people."

Everyone was so nice, from the front desk people to the nurse and Doctor Stephen. They really seemed to care about what I had to say and what was wrong. I 100% recommend this office to anyone"
