"The worst PCP in Clermont the receptionists are rude and not helpful. They had order for my condition faxed to them and when I called the receptionist who's named begins with M refused to help me even though I needed immediate help and my condition is severe. I love Dr Sosa but his staff is HORRIBLE they need whole ned management. I was also billed TWICE for random things that made no sense. If you care about your health don't come here. They will literally let your condition get worse before picking up a phone or send out an order in time."
