"Went there seeking information on some paper work and if I could submit it there. Upon arrival the main entrance was closed and sign on the door said gi around back,I did so ,I knocked on the door and a very nasty lady answered the door , as I began to ask her my purpose, she stopped me abruptly, and said if I was the for mental health, I said no but I said , just a quick question, and she shifted her posture, and was going to berate me.but I got my question out to which she gave an answer too, I left there with disdain,"
