We walked in with a busted ankle but the desk staff was too busy decorating for the upcoming holiday to offer an ice pack or even help with the door. "We had a great experience! Unfortunately we had to drive all the way from Sumter county because this was the closest walk in clinic that would accept our insurance. I chose an arrival time online and did the whole check in process in the car while my husband drove and we had little to no wait once we arrived! The nurse and doctor were very kind and friendly to us and so sweet to our 6 month old! He tested positive for the flu and we had our prescription, our questions answered, and were out the door within about 25 minutes! We would go here again if needed!"
"My son was having breathing problems, we arrived without an appointment as a new patient. The lady at the front desk was nice and answered my questions. They saw us within fifteen minutes of getting there. The doctor was prompt and very helpful. My son received treatment fast and it was effective. We would use this urgent care anytime it’s needed."
"I am so upset with this location. I took my daughter there yesterday around 8:20. I didn't leave until close to 11 because for one the doctors were too busy laughing and talking. They swabbed her nose for flu testing and her throat for strep throat but never came back in the room with the results until the radiology lady came in to get a CT scan and she had to say something. Then we sat in the room a little longer waiting for results. The lady who did the scan came back in to check on us and I told her I needed to leave because my daughter was tired and I had to go to work the next day. There was barely anyone there when I arrived so I don't understand why it took so long. And to top it off they never called in my daughter rx although it says they did on her paperwork so now I have to wait till 4pm when they open and my daughter has been in pain"
