"Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at any establishment. 16 year olds who work in the service industry could run this place better. My friend cut her leg badly so we were rushing to an urgent care. We noticed on the door they didn’t take walk ins after we arrived so we walked in to ask where would be the best place to go. We walk up to the front desk, say excuse me, and the receptionist looked back at us, made eye contact, rolled her eyes, then turned right back around. Ignored us for about 2 minutes and never said a single word. Walked out without even being acknowledged. Have never been treated this poorly even by minimum wage service industry workers. Go somewhere else like your life depends on it."

"I have been going there for the past 3 years. Unfortunately I have to change due to insurance change. The only reason I kept going there is foe Genesis and PA Kimberly she is so friendly and listens to you. As far as the office staff they couldn't be more unhelpful. I called in one day to leave a message for Kim and the person on the phone said I needed to make an appointment with her just to leave a message. That has happened multiple times."

"We use to think this facility was wonderful. In fact we have gone here for about 4 years. I am not saying the doctors aren't good but the office staff are awful. They never answer the phone for insurance providers, pharmacists, or patients. My husband complained about this and since then, when we changed insurance providers, the office manager stated they won't accept it even though they do. In fact, we have now received a bill over 6 months old now saying we owe money. My husband has been there several times since the date of this so called bill, paid what they said was due and there was never mention of this so called bill. We have emailed and put calls into the doctor. Emails are ignored and they do not give the doctor the message that you called. Unfortunately we have to go somewhere else because of this office manager. She has no business working at a medical facility. The best job for her is at the circus and then I'd feel bad for whoever has to work for her."
