"Absolutely cannot stand this place! Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Wait times are atrocious, in the waiting room and in the patient room. These are little children you're seeing. They don't do empty rooms with no entertainment very well for very long. And I saw someone else comment that they were just a few minutes late and were turned away. Same thing happened to me! I had just had twins (as well as 3 older kids) and was fighting against time and sheer exhaustion to get there on time and they made me reschedule. Reschedule my new born twins first checkup!! Appalling!! And don't even bother telling them of any concerns because you'll be dismissed. I now have 6 kids! And know a thing or two and was completely dismissed of my concerns for one of my twins. CANNOT stand this place!!!"

"this place should be shut down. my girlfriend was told she may have cancer and her test results were very concerning. so we drove an hour to come here a second time to discuss results with the doctor. the first time we came we waited over 2 and a half hours last time we were here, they didn't offer to reschedule or let us know the wait times. so when we came today, we hit some traffic and were only FIVE minutes late, we couldn't call to let them know ahead of time because they're phone system sucks and there is no direct line. and since we were FIVE minutes late they said the doctor REFUSED to see us and said we have to reschedule. we waited 2.5 hours last time, you guys wasted so much of mine and my girlfriend's time, having her go through hell with the procedures and knowing she may have cancer and this place has the AUDACITY to REFUSE to see us after being late FIVE min. there are always pregnant women waiting hours to be seen with no communication to them from staff about what's going on."

"This office is the worst OB office I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot in the past 4 years. First the call center is full of bratty females who answer the phone with an attitude and cut you off in the middle of saying something, especially Victoria who I have had the displeasure of speaking too on multiple occasions. This office has canceled 3 appointments on me as if I’m not pregnant and it’s not important that I see a doctor in a timely fashion. One time I was going to be late by 15mins and they refused me even though every single time I’ve had an appointment in this office I have waited over 20 mins in the waiting room and another 30 mins in the exam room. This practice is overbooked and understaffed. My appointments are always rushed once the doctor comes into my room. They don’t go over anything with me, they don’t explain anything to me, they just talk talk talk so fast about themselves and how busy the office is yet they can’t take the time to review my chart with me. It’s so impersonal and I feel like I’m just another number on their pay check. I will not be recommending this office to anyone, I will leave multiple bad reviews to deter anyone from going here. This place is the worst."

"The only reason that I gave Premier that one star is for their nursing staff. The nurses are genuinely sweet, caring people. The doctors on the other hand are ridiclous. Condescending, rude and do not care about your wellbeing whatsoever. Dr. Harper and Dr. Villar-Diaz are the worst doctors I have ever had the displeasure of visiting."

"Wait time is a bit long. Had a 9:30 appt but didn't see the doctor until almost 11:00. I was there early too."
