"Dr. Juricic and team wasted 2 weeks in playing around with a referral for OT from my husbands orthopedic doctor. They sent referral to a place that didn't even have OT. Instead of a place right around the corner that offers OT that orthopedic doctor had circled on paperwork. Shows a lack of communication, skills and authoritative leadership. Update, on top of that they promised a referral would go out today, and it didn't. Office manager conveniently in meeting when asked to speak with manager. So thoroughly done with incompetence!!. Another update, Tina office manager called and apologized all over the place. We, my husband, finally has his OT ANOTHER update: on my last visit, the doctor said they were dropping my insurance, Florida Blue advantage plan. What a crock!! Probably for the better. Medical field needs to go back to private practice, so they can give the individual care, time and passion to their patients instead of handing off to off site departments! So far, happy with the new practice elsewhere!!!"

"Had a visit last week with Dr Juricic. About 4 minutes into visit she started ranting about how busy she is and they took Laura NP away from her and sent her to another office where she claims Dr there is not as busy as she is. Then she proceeds to tell me she is cutting back and can’t see me anymore as a patient. As I was leaving asked staff for a copy of my records and was told they don’t do that. Hope she doesn’t try to bill insurance for exam I didn’t get."

"I was seen by Laura Costa today for the first time and liked her very much. I found her to be very knowledgeable in her profession! The office staff were equally as nice, and the office was clean!! I'm very content with where I go for my physical well being now! James Coleman"

"I had a wonderful visit yet again. I have seen ARNP Laura and I have to say she is absolutely fantasic! She is the most thorough medical professional I have ever been with. She has been patient with me and explained things I didn't understand. I don't care to see anyone else. I've had a difficult few years, and while it hasn't been easy due to the incompetent medical in the area, this has been a breath of fresh air. I now am understanding and getting somewhere forward rather than two steps forward and one step back. Thank you so much!"
